  1. I think the last day for interviews is August 12, so hopefully we'll all hear back shortly after that.
  2. The advice I got was to prepare more for emotional intelligence and behavioral questions, and to be prepared to talk about yourself and your experiences. But also prepare for everything because every interview is different and clinical questions are always fair game. And for me personally I didn't do any studying/preparation the day before/the day of my interview and instead took those days to relax so I could go into the interview with a relaxed and calm mindset.
  3. I also applied, best of luck everybody! I interviewed last week, and for anyone with upcoming interviews just fyi the faculty are so friendly and welcoming. I was so nervous going into to but within a few minutes all the nerves went away haha.
  4. Hello everyone, congratulations on your acceptances! I'm a current applicant for the Summer 2025 cohort and I have an interview coming up later this month. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share any recommendations or resources of what they used to prepare for this interview? This is my first (and hopefully last!) interview so I really want to prepare the best I can ?
  5. I had an interview for med surg ICU last week
  6. I interviewed for a few units and they all were only doing 1 set of interviews and said the next steps would be references and then offers.
  7. Does anyone know if we interviewed with multiple units, should we expect to get a skills survey reference email for each one? Or will HR only request references once and use those for all units?
  8. Hey guys, Have any of you received an email regarding orientation on Dec. 6? I saw it mentioned in the recommendation email but have not received anything further after accepting my offer.
  9. Thanks for such a swift reply! Yes essentially I'm hoping to do exactly what you did with your stats grade. Definitely plan to get an A this time :)
  10. Hey guys! Just a quick question for anybody who is familiar with the admissions process. I've read the policies online regarding repeating and in progress courses but I wanted to clarify; if I am applying for Spring 2018 I understand that I need to have my English courses already completed in order to be accepted into the University as a transfer. But for the nursing school application, if I decided to retake English in the Fall (in order to boost my GPA), would my first grade no longer be factored into my nursing GPA due to the fact that my repeat would be "in progress?"
