NRSG 200 does have a clinical component! For hep b, you would have to wait 6-8 weeks to get your titers drawn after getting the vaccination. I agree with PlanningFallacy and would start the series ASAP!

A student from the fall 2018 forum said that they did not count +/- but I guess it they count it now

Oh sorry, I calculated your points incorrectly. I thought your science gpa was 3.78. If it was 3.74, you would have 9.284!
