  1. I just finished online stats w/ a Texas community college (I know you are requesting info for Seattle-based). We used Pearson "My Stat Lab" which most schools around the country use, and were required to take exams using a web-based proctor. It wasn't too bad. I have severe math-phobia. Usually I completely shut down. I managed to have an A right up until the final--and finished the course with a high B. I have a 4.0 in all my other BSN coursework so far--but I gladly accepted the B. You will do great.
  2. I just got mine!!!!!!!!! Yay!!!!! So excited to meet you ladies (and/or guys!) who went through this horribly long wait with me!!!
  3. Good call on pushing forward with BSN courses. I only lack Chemistry and then I can apply to any BSN program in Texas. So if I don't get in for this fall (and/or miss Baptist deadline which I am actively trying to make right now!), I'll take chem over the fall and apply to a lot more schools. I moved from Dallas beginning of this year and kind of put all my eggs in SACs basket--hoping I didn't make a mistake there.
  4. Finally got a hold of someone. Emails DEFINITELY not going out until next week now. So the wait continues . . .
  5. EDIT: Called like 10x today...still no one answered. I feel like I am starting to go off the deep end!
  6. PLEASE!! Tell me you're lying! I just had to call and hear it for myself--but no one is answering (called twice). Baptist has a late app deadline of May 15th. Applying TODAY! Just not sure how I feel with how "unorganized" SAC might be.
  7. Anyone, by any chance, hear anything at all today??
  8. Thus, we likely will not actually get them until Friday afternoon I am still checking my email hourly though!
  9. I called end of March when a lot of my friends who applied to other schools were starting to get their acceptance letters. SAC said letters would go out end of April. End of April is here, I called to check the status and they said letters now were not going out until first week of May. I don't understand why they take so long. Many other schools have already let applicants know like 6 weeks ago! Nonetheless,, I am stalking my email multiple times a day.
  10. Hey guys! I applied for Fall '17 as well. I am also worrying how I measure up to other applicants. I have a 4.0, all pre-reqs including mandatory (A&Ps, Micro) and otherwise (Psyc's, comps) are complete other than I am taking ethics right now. I scored A's first time, so no repeat courses-as I think they look at that as well. I scored in the 85th percentile on the TEAS. I already have an associate's degree. I called and asked them what is the average mean they accept and the lady told me "anything over a 10." I know it is all contingent upon who we are sized up against for fall entry apps though. I have no work experience that falls in line with the criteria on the points sheet however--and that is what has me worried. Deadline was 2/15 and I have been stalking my email and mail multiple times a day!! I know it's way too early to hear something though...it's going to be a long next couple of months. BTW...do they mail (via postal) or email acceptance letters? Good luck to everyone, hopefully we will all be classmates! Worst case, Baptist has a very late deadline for Fall (I think it might be in May sometime)--so I plan to apply there around April if I haven't heard anything from SAC.
