I’m a little late but I got into the LVN program? It was a last minute backup plan.

I had a 7.4 and did not get into the ADN program.. not even as an alternate

WOW! that’s weird. Last month I asked if I could retake HESI for a better score since it’s going to be way more competitive and they said once you submit an application it’s final.

The only thing I’m worried about is being able to read all the chapters in a timely matter because I am a very slow reader. I wouldn’t consider myself “smart” either but I’d like to be some day. I’m also not good with time management and I think that’s one of things I will have to master to succeed in nursing school from what I hear. Don’t be scared okay I think anyone has the ability to get through it as long as you try

I emailed one of the advisors ****** ******* this past Tuesday and she told me that

We have by Feb 1 at 10 pm to submit the application.

Hey, I just checked and it’s working. They got my transcripts now. I also got an email earlier about activating my SHSU account with a username.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get accepted to Sam Houston? I electronically sent the transcript two weeks ago and checked the status today and it still says “not received”.?

Hey, I went to Calvary Medical Clinic at the Kingwood location. A Dr can order it for you and it takes about 3 days for the results. I don’t have a pcp so I went there.

If I take the A&P class 100% lab and lecture will they accept it or does it have to be done in person ?
