Hello!
I applied to the BADNAP program in 2017 (before I owned my home or was married) and was waitlisted at a pretty high number, so I figured I had no shot. I decided to buckle down and take an IT job so that I could buy my own house and move forward in life since I didn’t get in. After leaving my OCCC email unchecked past that point, I looked at it about a year later and found out that I did actually get in…I guess a lot of people declined or didn’t respond. Now I’m kicking myself because I want to go to nursing school so badly, but I have anchored myself into a full time job with a salary I now depend on heavily with a house and a family. Are any of you planning on working full time through the program? Do you think this would be possible? Would the traditional pathway be more doable?
