    Hi nashRN16, Thanks or your words of encouragement :) What other hospital did you work at if you don't mind me asking? I have an interview scheduled for a different hospital at the moment and I believe they ask you to commit before Vanderbilt even notifies potential interviewees. I really don't know my chances of being accepted to Vanderbilt's NRP (I had no preceptorship/externship, and no work/volunteer experience within the last 6 months- big components of the application), and I don't want to give up this other opportunity if it ends up working out. What do you think?
