Got offered a spot at the end of my interview yesterday! I got goosebumps, I was not expecting that. Has anyone received anything official? I haven't yet...it's making me feel like I might have dreamed it!

I interviewed in 2024, and am applying again this year. In 2024, I was notified by email on Sept 19 to schedule the interview. I haven't heard anything yet for this cycle, but I will post when I hear anything! Please do the same!

I am also on the alternate list. I emailed to see if they would share how many are on the alternate list, and where I am on that list. They said they do not share that information :(. This is Joe, by the way, if anyone remembers me from the afternoon session on Aug. 27. I'm the guy from Michigan. Let me know who you are if you were in that session! I'm hoping us alternate candidates will start hearing back after the deadline for the deposit to hold spots. I think that is mid Sept.

I just got an email for an interview! Anyone else hear anything yet? Also, it looks like this program would start this coming January, is that correct? Faster than most from interview to start date. Good luck to everyone!

Hi, I'm new to allnurses, and I just wanted to see if anyone could comment on their experience either in the Michigan State University Accelerated BSN program or the Grand Valley State University Accelerated program. I have recently been accepted to MSU's program and am waiting to hear back from GVSU. I would love to hear about people's experiences in either of these programs, and their careers after graduation. GVSU is a more convenient option, as I am already in Grand Rapids, but I wouldn't want to make my decision solely on that. I know much of the clinicals would be at Spectrum Health, which is a great organization, but I would love to hear about clinical experiences from MSU students. Any information and advice would be appreciated!
