Hi! Im so happy I found this thread, Im also a new grad and will be doing a personal interview for the MICU this february! Do you have any advice or remember any questions they asked you? I've never had a shadowing aspect to my interview and I'm nervous on what to expect or what questions to ask... I really want to start my nursing career with Johns Hopkins so any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you! and Congrats!

Hello, just reading this thread now... i'm wondering how your interview went and if you got hired? Im currently scheduled for an SICU interview in the next month and its my dream position. I'm nervous about how the floor experience will go. I want to make a good impression on the nurse that I shadow. Please let me know any tips and if as a shadow interviewee you are allowed to do stuff? Thank you!!
