Hi, I'm currently taking my pre read, I just toned taking Intro to Nursin and Hist 133, I received two B. I'm working full time and I have two toddlers, my gpa from my first degree is only 2.3. I'm a little nervous, I'm registered to take psych 1315 and pols 2311 in fall 2017, with Michael Morris and prof Prof Fuchs...Do you have any tips you can give me for these two upcoming classes. I really want to get into the program.

I'm having a big problem with submitting my professional journal via blackboard. Do I save my journal ad a word document and then upload it?

Anyone know how the UTA online classes work? I start on Monday. Do I just login online and wait for classes to start? Or I login to blackboard etc? Do I have to logon at a specific time?

I picked my first set of classes. I registered for intro to nursing and U.S. history 1. Do you have any tips on how to study for these classes? I still work 40 hours a week and I'm a wife and mom of 2 kids under 4yrs old.

Thank you. I checked online. I didn't see anything yet... one of my transcript is from abroad, so I guess it may take more time to be evaluated. I think I will take your advice and do one science at a time. I need good grades. 8 weeks and 4 weeks is very short, so I can just imagine how compact those courses are. I'm a little nervous.

I'm not sure yet which credits they took from degree. I think I have to take anatomy, microbiology, chemistry etc. I'm think to only take 2 classes at a time. How long did did they take to let you know you were accepted? I applied since January 11. One of transcript just got there feb 6...I didn't hear from them yet.

Is anyone taking prerequisites for the 2017 online BSN program at UTA? How is it going? I work full time and have two children under 3yrs? Do you think I could handle taking the prerequisites with my current situation? How are the classes going?

I recently applied to the online BSN program at UTA...I first have to take the prerequisites. Does anyone know if I can transfer my prerequisites to a New York school if I don't get into the nursing program when it's time for me to apply? Has anyone ever transfer UTA online prerequisites to another school?

Were you science major before this? How were the labs for biology, micro, A&P?

Thanks so much for your response. You really gave me a lot of info that I needed. I just sent my transcript and did my financial aid. I'm hoping I get through, because I had a lot of stress when I was doing my bachelors and I didn't manage my time and stress well, so my GPA was very poor. I'm praying that I get accepted.

Has anyone just been admitted to the BSN online program at UTA? I wanted to know how is the program? How is it taking the online classes? Is it possible to get A's in the pre requisites if I work full time and take these classes part time? I just submitted An application. Thanks so much for your post. It really gave me hope. I was in a similar situation like you. I live in New York. I'm now applying to bsn programs now with a 2.3 GPA! I'm hoping I can get in it somewhere.
