Do you guys think it will be hard to get a job as an RN?

Job sounds like an excellent experience. But yeah...think you would need an RNFA certif to do this since unlike PA's, NP's don't have this kind of training.

I believe it. It seems like everyone who didn't get in were just placed on the alternate list. Super discouraged.

Yup I could definitely see that being the only downfall of this program as I know many hospitals in the area these days only hire/prefer BSN candidates and they are already filtering through hundreds of applications. Depending on how Westerns affiliations play into this, this could actually prolong ones entire MSN road map to be longer than 3 years imo. But then again, i'm only thinking theoretically...i don't have any confirmation of this. If any people from previous cohorts can chime in, that would be great.
