    You should try a company called Lifeplans, they are based in Mass. but hire nurses all over the country to do in-home assessments for insurance companies. You could just let them know where you will be and they can send you local assignments. It is prn but they pay anywhere from $45 to $95 per assessment. You have the option of accepting or rejecting any assessment.
