What is a good continuing professional development plan for a new grad FNP? What are good goals for first month, 6 months, 1 year, and 5 years?

I am currently in FNP school and need to write up a plan for continued professional development including goals for those 4 increments. I am not sure of what goals or milestones are appropriate for each increment. I have not started clinicals yet so I am unsure of my current abilities.

1. Successfully complete medicare application!!!!! Not sure if it is any easier now, but 12 years ago it was a nightmare!
