Process of getting licensed after nursing school?!

I have finished an accredited LPN program about 2 months ago. I have registered and paid through The Florida Board of Nursing and Pearson Vue. I have received an email that I may sit for the NCLEX-PN exam and that I should receive my ATT via email within 5 days... this was over a month ago and I still have not received an email. I have called both Pearson Vue and The Florida Board of Nursing, who each tell me I need to contact the other. My registration status on Pearson Vue simply states "registration acknowledged." I am going crazy over this, so if anyone has dealt with this problem before or knows a better way I can be going about this I would be forever indebted to you for your help!!!!

Send the testing folks (with whom you scheduled your test) a return-receipt-requested letter-- you get a little green card to put on the envelope at the post office for a coupla bucks, and when it's received by the testing folks they sign the card and it comes back to you. Then you know they heard you. Be sure they have your actual address correctly and enclose a copy of your cancelled check-- if their mail bounces once, they circular-file you.
