Problem with CES - Advice anyone?

Hello, please help me

I just got an email today from cgfns telling me this:

Thank you for your interest in the CGFNS Credential Evaluation Service (CES).

Please note that to date, CGFNS has only received a portion of the documents needed to review your application for the CGFNS Credential Evaluation Service. We are unable to review your application documents and prepare your CES Report until we receive the information listed below. Please be advised that receipt of the documents listed below does NOT mean that CGFNS has received all of the materials necessasry to prepare your CES Report; it means only that a credentials review will occur.

The documents still outstanding are as follows:

TRANSCRIPT VALIDATION FORM for PINES CITY DOCTOR'S HOSPITAL - PHILIPPINES

SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA for EMERSON JR./SR. HIGH SCHOOL - UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

In order to begin preparing your CES Report, we need to receive the above-listed completion materials . Be advised that upon receipt and review of the necessary documentation by CGFNS, preparation and completion of your CES Report will take up to five weeks.

YET - on the actual website, where i login, both of those documents (transcript from pines/secondary school diploma) have BOTH been received weeks ago.

Do you think they just made a mistake in the email? or am i missing something? im really stressing out! and i cant call them until tomorrow. Please tell me what you think. Thank you so much
