I was arrested 4 years ago for Battery. I completed the pretrial diversion program (No Prior Criminal History) and the charges were dropped and entered in as [CLOSED - NOLLE PROSEQUI. I currently have my LPN License which I had before the arrest and I've already face the board for my first renewal and received my License without restrictions after i submitted my diversion paperwork. (Second renewal went fine because i hadn't had anything new since the first renewal). I entered into a LPN- Bridge program for this fall and they are suggesting we submit another background check for the clinical site.
I'm so scared that my arrest is going to turn down the opportunity.
Will the board stop me from receiving my RN?
