pressure ulcers

Has any heard of some pressure ulcers healing when there is a decline in health status due to death. I know of two people that had pressure ulcers that healed as there health declined and they soon passed away. I know that is unusual for them to heal during that time but I was considering doing more research on this topic of my research class.

A "decline in health status due to death heals pressure ulcers"? That's news to me. What type of class is this?
