Prescriptive Authority for Georgia???

Has anyone heard how we will apply for this priviledge now that the bill passed the senate??? Should the board of nursing contact us with instructions??? Anyone with information, please reply.

hi, npingeorgia,

i don't think the bon would automatically contact you and ask if you want prescription privileges. mine didn't. you need to contact them.

you might receive from your bon, an update via the quarterly magazine about the new privileges. i'm sure they will need to create all the necessary paperwork through which you will wade to get the privileges.

just contact them.
