Preceptorship?

Any nurses out here that have failed preceptorship their first time before graduating? I love to read success stories after obstacles have been thrown your way ☺...

My nursing program did not require a preceptorship.

Most of my past obstacles in nursing school arose due to my prior lack of interpersonal skills. I rubbed a couple of instructors the wrong way and ended up on the bad side of one particular instructor. She was writing me up for issues that other students were allowed to get away with.

However, that experience is all water under the bridge. The best revenge entails living well. Good luck to you.
