Pre-Reqs

Hi everyone,

I am currently taking my pre-reqs at my community college for nursing. The required pre-reqs to apply are Biology, AP 1 & 2 english, math 137 chem. Someone told me that before i apply i should take microbiology first cause it might help me get in quicker. My question is, is that true. Should i just wait another year to apply and take microbiology in the meanwhile or can i apply first then take microbiology while i am on the waiting list.

Please help need the info.:bowingpur

micro is a requirement at my community college so i don't know about getting in quicker at yours or not, but in my opinion i would not want to enter the program without having taken it first. not sure why you would not be able to take it while you are on the waiting list if it is not a requirement.
