Hello,
About a year ago, I finished prerequisites for nursing at college as a transfer degree (associates degree, total of 90 credits).
So, I understand that ADN is two years program and BSN is four years program, if I apply for BSN program at different college or university, am I going into junior? which means.. am I finishing BSN program in two years? Or pre-req. are separates from the program?
I'm so confuse about this..
How about ADN program? if I apply for ADN program, how long does it take to finish the program?
I hope these questions are make sense.. thank you!

Pre-reqs take as long as they take and vary by program. Then a regular ADN program is 2 years, full time. Once you have your RN, then it's 2 more full-time school years for the BSN.
Hope that helps.
Thanks for the reply! I was so waiting for the replies..
so, is that mean even though I have transfer degree (associate degree) and finished all pre-reqs for BSN program, I still have to go 4 more years for BSN program?
I'm planning to go into BSN program directly, not going to ADN or RN..
Thanks !

No, first 2 yrs is Pre-reqs and then 4-5 semesters of core nursing classes. So, a total of 4 yrs for BSN

No. The pre-reqs should fulfill the majority of your non-nursing coursework. You may have to take a few additional classes to fulfill graduation requirements but this would be limited additional coursework that should not impact your graduate plans. If the Community college you completed your AA degree at has a transfer agreement with the 4-year university this is even less likely needed to be done. Nursing coursework will be about 5-6 quarters. As a transfer student coming in with with an approved transfer-AA/AS it will only take 2 years to complete the BSN.
In a traditional 4 year BSN program the first 2 years are spent completing pre-reqs and general education requirements (which your associates degree provides) and the final 2 years on nursing coursework. You'll only need to complete the nursing coursework.

Are you in the US?
In the US....there are many pathways to be eligible to sit for the NCLEX licensing exam.
A diploma program is hospital based and is 3 years. These school have fallen from favor and are rare these days due to the push for RN's to have college degrees. The ADN/ASN is typically three years as well. It is 1 year prerequisites and 2 years clinical education. The BSN is a 4 year school. These schools are very particular about what they accept in transfer to their program. While you have taken your "prerequisites" they may not be what the college requires. These programs also require other courses, like statistics, history, and literature to fulfill the required credits. Only the program can answer your questions accurately for they may not accept any of your prereq's.
Good Luck!!
