Are there any nursing conferences that pre-nursing students attend? I know there are a lot of pre-med conferences, but how about conferences specific to nursing schools?
Please help!
Thanks so much! --ginillel

You probably need to check with the school you are interested in applying to. The school I attend has a mandatory pre-nursing conference for those that wish to apply to the program.

There are. The National Student Nurses Association, host two conferences each year. One convention which is usually March/April and one Mid-Year conference, which is usually in November. NSNA members get discounts on registration and hotel rooms. NSNA membership is open to pre-nursing students, nursing students, graduate students, and even those who are neither. A one year membership is $30.00, but you get many benefits with being a member. Go to www.nsna.org for more details. I know the National Convention is going to be in Grapevine, Texas this year.
