Powerpoint Help!!

I am really trying to innovative my powerpoint lectures...and just have a

few questions....

1.) How do you insert video clips into powerpoint? ex.) i would like to put a 'childbirth' video clip into the presentation and cannot even figure out how to do it.

2.) Does anybody have the "who wants to be millionaire" powerpoint or similar fun game that you can do for the presentation?

3.) anyplace where you can get free or really cheap animations?
