Possibly transferring to NSICU

Hey ladies and gents!

I have been on the GI, vascular, thyroid, bariactric surgery floor for a bit over two years. I am Med-Surg certified by ANCC. I am ready to spread my wings and move on. I really enjoy caring for surgical patients and have applied for a transfer to the NSICU. My current manager is helping with recommendations, and has expressed that she thinks I will do well in that envirnoment.

So, while I am waiting to interview and work out notices, etc, I want to start reading. Are there any books that you can recommed I could start reading?

Thanks,

Mommy, RN
