Does anyone know if there are any online refresher/crash courses on the PointClickCare system for SNF? I am desperately in need of any info on this! There has to be some learning tool out there? Thanks!

Have you started on the floor yet? I really got it after a couple of days while shadowing. The nurse I was shadowing really let me be hands on, and they gave me my log in on the last day of shadowing to finally start. It's not as scary as it seems! Sorry I don't know of a course for it.
