pneumonia

hi! im new here.. the only reason I joined besides reading all the new threads n post bout nursing is about a big concern i hve.. recently i was diagnosed to having pneumonia.. im really scared.. im still in the part of my life, were i am to start my career as a nurse.. im scared that i might not have any career at all after this.. since after pneumonia ul be having scar tissues is it true that u wont be able to work to any hospital here, philippines and abroad like states or where? thats my biggest concern... help...
