PN Student Needs Resources

Hello everyone! I just found this site and I am having a lot of fun looking around so far! I am in my last quarter (the school that I attend hasn't changed over to the semester system yet) of pre-occupational courses for the practical nursing program. I have a question for those of you who have already begun nursing classes. I vaguely know about clinicals but not really what all they entail. Can someone explain to me exactly what I will be doing during clinicals? Also, in my Intro to Healthcare class, we are doing pamphlet/brochures about our career choices. What are the clinical experience requirements? How many hours of clinical work are we required to finish? And, if you'll bear with me, if anyone knows of any online nursing magazines, journals, etc. that you could point me to, I would really appreciate it!!
