PMHNP Split questions

Hello Everyone 

I am a new PMHNP and finding a job has been a challenge. but I recently was offered a job doing a 60/30 split w2 position with benefits.  how long would it take me to get  a steady paycheck weekly? any insight is wanted on how to make this work.

    Can you be more specific?  What do you mean by a 60/30 split?  

    I'm surprised you are having trouble getting a job, as most areas of the US have a severe mental health care provider shortage.
