Please I need input from LPN's around Buffalo,NY

I went to Trocaire for Medical Assisting and finised fibnally in Dec 2010. I personally had tons of isues there. So I am currently working at Mercy Hospital as an unit clerk. The pay is probably higher than would be at a doctors office as a cma. I got accepted to Boces for LPN and was looking to start October 2012. I still have to talk to my boss regarding my schedule, and have to figure out how I can pay for it. So, Im still waiting to hear back about tuition reimbursement through Catholic Health. The thing if it is approved, you have to stay with them for 4 years! Im also waiting to hear back if what job you have to take is limited to nursing homes only or not. I think it should be anywhere within the system as long as you are working for them but Im still waiting to hear back. I dont know what my chances are of getting into a doctors office within Catholic Health, but I think that is where I would want to work. I dont think a nursing home would be right for me. So I dont even know if the tuition reimbursement is even worth it if it is even approved in the first place. My pay is pretty good now as an unit clerk, but its not my dream job, and I need full time. I make $14.29 hr. Im hearing all different ranges of pay though for LPN'S here though. If someone could give me any information that maybe would help me out in some way. Im not sure if I do stay with Catholic Health while (if I go to school), if my senority/pay transfers over to another facility within the system. I havent received any answers yet from anyone in HR etc! Thank YOU!
