b.What is the exact title of your position?
c.How long have you been in your position?

Hope this is of some help to you....
1. Degree in nursing - minimum.
2. Nurse Manager.
3. 3 months.
4. Motivation- highlight the good values first even when a mistake has been done. Then proceed to correct the mistake. Appreciate their good work always..
5. Qualities - be approahable, good listener, be in their shoes and understand because you would want them to come to you with their grievances and ideas. They are the frontliners and know something that you may need to learn.
6. Top management. Changes are too rapid. Therefore, it is difficult to lead a group of novice staff nurses.
7. You are able to help make life more easy for your staff. Protect them from abusive situation. Have the autonomy to make changes when needed.
8. This is a difficult question. I have staff and patient from diverse ethnic groups. there is mixed group of staff working per shift. Respect for each one as an individual and their values is essential.
