i really need this for my research paper,,the thing is,,i'm just a first year nursing student so i don't really know anything on how the CIs approach the students,,or are there any particular methods of teaching you prefer,,
anyone who has experienced this please help!!!!!!

there are a number of different methods by which adults learn. you can find them in a book on adult learning/teaching in a library. or, you can extrapolate them from the links on the various methods on how to study from the websites posted on post #15 of this thread on the student forums:
allnurses also has a forum called patient education resources (https://allnurses.com/forums/f63/) that you should check out as well for information. many of the larger medical centers in the united states and the national institutes of health have teaching materials on their websites that you can download and print out to give to patients. the website, medline plus (http://www.medlineplus.gov/), is totally devoted to teaching the general public about all kinds of health matters. they have written materials, slides and videos on their website. some of the most commonly accessed information websites are listed on this thread:
