PICU Interview Advice

I have an interview coming up next week for a PICU position. I'm switching specialties (pulm/gen peds) and do not have any prior PICU experience. I did a phone interview today and there was a lot of hesitancy about the no experience-- the hiring  manager kept warning me that the nurses, CNS, and possibly MDs that would be interviewing me wouldn't like me and that I would need to do a lot of convincing (but that she, the manager, really liked me and saw potential).

Anyway, trying to prep myself up for the interview now. For those out there who were new grads to PICU, what were common questions? More behavioral or should I also be worried about clinical questions?

P.S. - It's a Sutter CPMC in San Francisco, so if anyone has insight on that unit it would be much appreciated!
