PICO question help!!

Hi all, I'm trying to do my EBP project on bedside reporting (as requested by the manager of the unit that I'm doing clinical on) and I have to develop a question using the PICO framework. I am having a really hard time using the PICO framework because I have never done this before. Also, I feel like I'm having a hard time because bedside reporting varies from nurses to nurses and so does patient satisfaction (very subjective)..... I'm really concerned that I will not find sufficient literature to support my topic..... anyone have any suggestions? anyway, I went ahead and came up with something but I'm not sure if I'm even doing it right. I'm in desperate need for some help and would really appreciate any feedback. Thank you!
