phone interviews

hello. it is my first time to do phone interview; much less with a foreign recruiter. i really don't know what to expect and am very anxious here. can anyone fill me in on this--- what kind of questions they are usually asking; any expectations; do's and dont's, especially for a new-grad RN like myself who does not have much work experience. your input will be highly appreciated. thanks in advance :o

Be very honest about why you want that position..........Do your research on the internet and find out everything that you can about the facility. Do not leave it for your recruiter to give you all of the details. You need to do your homework as well.

Good luck.............. :balloons:
