Phone interview help

Hello all,

I've an interview next week with CHOC in the CVICU, can anyone give tips/advice? Anyone interview with them before?

I'm so excited to do this interview and don't want to screw it up. They are an amazing hospital to work for and have a bright future ahead of them!

Thanks in advanced!

I haven't done with them but I had a phone interview two weeks ago may be it might help.

In my phone interview, i was asked to explain why i choose the hospital, my experiences and some scenario, what i will do in difference cases of emergency....tip remember ABC.

To me, from your answers, they will either drop you or invite you in person for an interview. Phone interview is a way to reduce the amount of people that applied in that positions. I was invited in person after my phone interview, then two more interviews with different managers before i was given a job offer.

make some researches in the hospital website like mission, motto, they will help.

good luck.

get a GOOD hands free device, it will take some of the stress out of your voice and make you easier to talk to making the interview go better. And if it runs really long you'll be comfortable.

SMILE!!! even if they can't see you. they can hear happiness in your voice if you're smiling!
