Hi all, I've been a home care nurse about 3 years. I notice in home care, a lot of pettiness, and sort click like environments at the office. I have a hard time with it because I suffer from social anxiety issues.
Anyway I'm feeling bad because I got on board with a new agency, went through an extensive process of submitting documents, did a day long orientation and drive over an hour from my house to do so, and now they are ghosting me. I keep thinking what I did, and everything I come up with us just petty nonsense. I don't know. But I see a pattern of this kind of behavior in home care offices. It feels clicky and makes me harken back to my highschool days.
Does anyone relate to this?

Have you called them to ask about getting assigned to a case? In my area, we don't have enough nurses to fully staff our homes.
Maybe they feel that you are ghosting them.
