Anyone know where I can find some good information on pertussis in Alberta?
Looking for incidents, prevalence etc

Well, it's definitely out there! I'd say it's sporadic; we see the occasional baby in our PICUs with it and the suspicion is always there for infants with a cough. There are outbreaks every couple of years in various places across the province; there was one in the Edmonton-and-north area in 2012 and another this spring in southern Alberta, with one death in recent years.
This is from January 2014: Bordetella pertussis in sporadic and outbreak... [bMC Infect Dis. 2014] - PubMed - NCBI It examines Alberta's statistics from 2004 to 2012.
