I think the best way to start writing such an essay is to simply jot down your true answers to the questions -- without worrying about grammar, punctuation, well-written sentences, etc. They you can start to construct paragraphs that coherently take your answers and put them in a form that expresses your thoughts in a way that is both easy and pleasant to read.
