Hi. I am a registered nurse and I am interested in starting a personal care service. need some help in getting started, policies and procedures, money start up etc...

anything that will point me in the right direction.

I think your question is too broad. Many aspects to research regarding your question. You need to figure out if there is a market in your area for what you wish to do. You need a researched and thorough business plan. You need to research the government regulations you must adhere to. You need to look at the insurance and liability aspects. You need to figure out your source of funding. These are such broad and complicated matters. The SBA may have info they can send you. Good luck.
