Per Diem CM?

Where and how to I score one of these gigs???

i have a Master's in HCM and am also CCM certified... I did cm for almost 3 years before i went and got my ABSN. Now I have a year of clinical experience as a floor RN and would love to go back to CM on a PER DIEM basis.

However, the opportunities seem few and far between. Which sucks!

Suggestions???
Thank you ?

Contact former employers and your current employer. Per Diem jobs in case management I landed in the past was with employers I worked for in the past. They tended to be more flexible with my schedule. ? Good luck!

A couple months after you suggested this post my previous employer contacted ME for a FT position working from home as a your RN... pay was the same as my bedside position so I took it. Now I get to 'stay away from the COVID unit' which was a blessing disguise! Just wanted to say thanks for the encouragement ? Hope you are well
