I also applied for 2nd degree bsn and have not heard anything yet. I didn't have a phone interview. Did you apply early or by deadline?

Has anyone heard when Penn is sending out the decisions for the Second degree BSN program? Also when did you have a phone or in-person interview? I haven't heard back from them and I had a phone interview in early December. The wait is killing me!

I applied for ABSN too and had my interview last Friday. The interviewer told me that the admissions committee will be meeting this week and decisions should be coming out via email at the end of the week. I was looking through another thread and someone said that we will be notified the week of Feb 6th. So we should be hearing back either this week or the next. Good luck to you all! Anyone here from California?

I had my phone interview on the last week of November! And they told me that January was when they were meeting for admissions committee with decisions to be send out the 1st week of February. But I didn't know they were conducting interviews well into late January!

I really can't imagine that the interview carries much weight with the admissions committee. Unless you're a complete doofus or really rude or something, there's nothing in the interview that can really help or hurt your chances I don't think. It was mostly just an opportunity to ask questions and talk about the program.

Thank you! The wait wasn't too bad for me. I had other interviews, so I got to take my mind off of Penn for a bit. Now I'm getting a little bit nervous. Good luck to you too!
