Pedi careplan hellllpppp

ok i am trying to do a careplan for decreased tissue perfusion cerebral r/t increased intracranial pressure which i have down but my long term goal ...is will have improved cognitive ability aeb????i am stuck....

demonstrate actions that are needed to increase tissue perfusion AEB verbally stating actions

verbalize knowledge of tx regimen, including appropriate exercise and medications and their actions and possible side effects

be able to state signs & symptoms that should be reported to MD (signs of ICP or whatever)

have client state appropriate expectations of recovery

(would be for parents of a ped of course)

for your improved cognitive ability .. hmmm... I would think that AEB would be highly dependent on the particular patient and their prognosis???
