Hi Tulip! I just passed my boards as well (october 11th) and have a question for you. Have you gotten your license yet? I have no idea how long it takes and I don't think I can even apply for a job without a license number at least.

Congrats on passing the NCLEX!

I Am not an RN yet but i am a new grad LPN, working in sub acute care center in bergen county NJ Making $24.75 an hr and 26.25 on wweekend.

I know my facility RN per diem RATE IS in the late 50's.

As far as getting your liscence and the wait, i think NJ board sucks, i had major probles getting my liscence. You are suppose to get a congratulation letter in the mail prior to testing in 7 to 10 business days, all jobs accept that and you can work with that, the liscence comes in another 7 to 10 days,( this all depends on how th eboard of nursing is acting at that period of time, because they are slow.)

I hope i helped a little
