I think I already know the answer to this, but an employer that tells you verbally (actually 2 of us) that upon graduation, our pay will be, "Blah, blah, blah...", THEN informs us (2 days prior to graduation) that our pay will actually be $2 less on the hour than promised.
If I had a job lined up before graduation I would be happy even if it was $2 or $10 less. Unfortunately employers can do pretty much what ever they want will the surplus of new grads out there. Sorry.....
