pay cut

What kind of pay cut am I looking at (roughly) if I would take a job at a clinic and quit my current private duty job? I love my job, just the random hours are getting to me. I currently make $17.50 to $19.50/hr I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas of the average pay of a clinic LPN in VA. I have searched the web and had no luck. Thanks for reading!

Try www.salary.com. This should give you an idea of the pay difference.

I'm in FL, but the pay difference is significant; possibly $12-14 for clinic (not certain). It depends on what you are willing to deal with to get the hours you want.

I think I remember seeing a post some time back that said that a clinic job was offering $15 or $16 an hour. Don't recall location if it was given.
