Pathophysiology Text to love..?

I am a student nurse, just finished semester I, YAY! My patho class was great, but I was disappointed in the text that was used. There were many major typos and the info within was really vague. I am looking for suggestions on a great patho book to have to reference throughout the rest of my school. Thanks!

Don't know if you want to spend this much $, but the gold standard is Guyton & Hall Textbook of Medical Physiology - 11th edition. I think you can get it for ~ $100 on Amazon. With the purchase, you also get an account to access the online version. It's the text used by most medical schools.

It's the ultimate reference. Not just for school, but for the rest of your nursing career. The first one I purchased was the 9th ed, and I have kept up with each new edition.

I liked the patho book used in my class. Authored by Porth, also available on Amazon for about $5!

The newer edition is available for about $65-$80.
