Passed RN in 2008

Hello there,

I wrote my RN exam during 2007 in india. I passed it in the first attempt, but since I was associated with a consultant, they did not share the details about the certification at that time. But within a year(2008) they closed their operation(job2career). Hence not able to reach out to them.

I am in US now want to continue my nursing, but I am not sure about how to get the status of my NCLEX. Is there way a know to about it? who can help. I think wrote this exam for NRB Florida.

Check your name in your state's Board of Nursing.

FYI, I don't know how the NCLEX works outside the USA.

Thanks for your Majie. Appreciate it.

How to check my name in state's Board of Nursing?

I wrote NCLEX-RN through the job2career consultant. I wrote this at pearson test center. I very well know I passed it.

Is there a consultant or some one who can help with this? I am reaching the dead end always with this, I have been searching to find a answer for years but it always end up on the wrong side. Any help in this regard is, will be great for me.

Thanks in advance!

Go to the State Board of Nursing website of the state you tested for.  In order to take the NCLEX you needed to select a State.  Whichever State you sat for, you would then need to look for how to reactivate your license.  Each State has different requirements, and since it has been a long time you may need a refresher course, however that is determined by each individual state.

There is no general RN license, when you passed the NCLEX it was for a specific state.

If you don't remember, you could try and Google yourself and see if it pops up,  RN licenses are public information.
