Content Guide, practice tests and the end of chapter quizzes from the Fundamentals book and Med Surg book- also went out and bought Saunders Comprehensive NCLEX RN review- studied for 2 weeks then tested- hope that helps!

Thanks for all the congrats...the test wasn't too bad- there were quite a few questions on the exam from the practice tests...sensory impairment, pain management and end of life care are 3 topics to really know- if you study by your content guide you will be fine :) My next test is Repro- and hopefully I will be testing Monday or Tuesday of next week! Good luck everyone!!

@Peter- Know your s/s Hyper/Hypo-kalemia, Hyper/Hypo-calcemia, Hyer/Hypo-natremia, Hyper/Hypo-Magnesemia and lab value norms for K,Na,Ca,Mg. Know your IV fluids and when & why to use; ABG's; ABG associations with what electrolyte disorders. Follow your content guide, and use your practice tests as study guides and you'll do fine!
