PACU resume

Greetings :) i've been a pacu nurse for 2 years, but have never written a pacu resume, or a nursing resume actually.

What do employers look for in a resume for a PACU position? What are the important points to describe with regards to experience?

Would it be beneficial to mention that i've used my off time to improve the work process by documenting procedures for reference (e.g. created ventilator setup flowchart - no prior documentation was available), or should I just stick to the basics?

Any help, suggestions, or examples would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any information.

p.s. i have been reading this forum for several years and want to thank all for sharing experiences, stories, and information.
