how do you overcome SSN problem to register for RN license

hi i graduated from nepal and while applying for california board i think they want SSN, what should i do as i am in F2 visa in us

There is no way you can circumvent the requirements of SSN and be issued a license allowing you to work. You can not work on a F2 and you can not AOS due to retrogression.

Some states may issue a license with a ITIN number but you have to qualify for it appropriately and still have to provide a SSN at some stage. You still need a valid work/immigrant visa allowing you to work

I already gave you the link about it in my previous post. You need to qualify for it before you can apply for it. Even then you still can not work and the state will still require a SSN from you. I really wouldn't worry too much about it because if you do qualify for a work/immigrant visa you can apply for a SSN and get a license issued once you submit to the BON/BRN

Currently you can not work and with retrogression there is a long long wait ahead of you and you may have to consider retruning home once your spouse has completed their F1
