hello. i want to specialized in opthalmology..what do you suggest trainings that i should undergo?

You need a good general surgery background first. Where I work preference is given to nurses with a minimum two years surgical experience. Then it's all on the job training.
i saw an opthalmic support staff course.which covers glaucoma surgery cataract surgery retina module and many more.do you think it's a good start?

Just FYI, it's spelled ophthalmology. I actually got a job in an ophthalmology department based partly on being the only candidate that spelled the name correctly - it's a very common mistake.
